The Analytics and Data Summit took place at Oracle Conference Center at Redwood City, CA from March 14-16. This in-person event restarted after a gap of 3 years. This event is organized by Analytics and Data Oracle User Community (AnDOUC). This event used to be called BIWA Summit and started in 2007, the first one was in the Oracle office at Reston, VA. It outgrew the size of the facility and moved to then Oracle HQ, at Redwood Shores in 2008. This year's Analytics and Data Summit, was spread over 3 days, with mainly the Hands on Labs and Product Manager feedback sessions on the 3rd day. This year the top level sponsors were Rittman Mead and Informatica. The event started on Tue with a Keynote titled "Gut Check - The True Value of Becoming a Data Driven Organization" by Derek Hayden of OUTFRONT Media.
